The only criteria is that items sold are designer label or high street fashions and are in good condition. Quality chain store labels such as Witchery, Cue, etc., are fine. So you will find labels from Sportsgirl to Sass and Bide at ReFrock.

Booking Application

Stall hire cost: $55 – which includes a 2m table, 2 chairs, GST and insurance, and room for two clothes racks – to be paid by direct bank deposit. Booking includes acceptance of ReFrock's terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions
Stall hire information: The $55 stall hire fee includes GST, insurance, your table, two chairs and two ReFrock Seller badges. By paying the stallholders fee, you have read the "conditions" section of ReFrock and agreed to them. A stall consists of one trestle table (2m) and two chairs, with adequate space for 2 clothes racks. Stalls are allocated on a first in first served basis. Only people with ReFrock Seller badges may access the hall during market set up. Clothes racks: ReFrock does not provide clothes racks. You may bring up to 2 clothes racks of your own. Stallholders can sell: Quality women's second-hand clothing, footwear, accessories, fragrances, magazines. Stall holders can not sell: ReFrock is strictly women's wear only – no men’s wear or children’s wear. Used perfumes are ok, used make-up is not. No swimwear or underwear. Magazines must be fashion related such as Vogue, Harpers, etc. Fake or knock off merchandise is illegal and not welcome at ReFrock. All items on offer by sellers must be in good condition. ReFrock reserves the right to direct stallholders to remove any items from sale that are deemed unsuitable. If a stallholder is found to have misrepresented their sale items in general, they will be asked to leave the market – with no refund of stall fee. Security: Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies. No responsibility is taken by the organisers for theft, loss or damage. Safety: The stallholder is responsible for the safety for their stall, and agrees to set items up in a safe and secure manner to avoid any mishaps. Market cancellation: Should a ReFrock Market be cancelled, stallholders will receive a refund of their stall hire fee. Refund policy: 50% refund of stall fee, up to three weeks (21 days) before market date, and after that no refund. If you are unable to attend your booked market stall, you may transfer your booking to a friend/relative. Other ReFrock reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market to any person without giving any reason and to eject or any person and or his/her goods and chattels without giving any reason for the same.

Tips for Sellers

 

• We do ask that your items are well presented and that your stall looks attractive.
• The effort and creativity you put into your display will result in more sales and better prices for your items.
• Each stall space includes a 2m table with room for two hanging clothing racks (provided by the stall holder).
• Please remember, consideration for your stall neighbours space and stock helps in making the ReFrock Designer Market experience enjoyable for all.
• Stalls are allocated on a 'first in, first served' basis. Details of what items can and can't be sold will be forwarded when you enquire to book a stall.
• Have all items priced clearly.
• If sharing a stall, have each persons items marked with their initials or colour coded.
• Bring plenty of change - $5 and $10 notes and $1 and $2 coins
• Have recycled shopping bags ready for your customers.
• The cafe will be open for light meals, cakes and coffee.

Tips for Buyers

 

• Please bring cash – particularly $5 and $10 notes, and $1 and $2 coins to assist sellers. Otherwise it’s a short drive to the nearby ATM's.
• Please handle sellers items with care.
• Support our recycling theme by bringing your own carry bags.
• Wear clothing suitable to try clothing 'over' or 'under.'
• The cafe will be open for light meals, cakes and coffee.
